1. Overview

This Cookie Policy describes how VIP Blocks, LLC("WebUploads," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies on www.webuploads.com and related subdomains (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Cookie Policy. Where required by law, we will present a consent or preference mechanism for non-essential cookies. Essential cookies and similar technologies needed for security and basic operation may run without consent where permitted.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply to your use of the Services.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites recognize your browser, remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how pages are used.

We may also use related technologies that serve similar purposes, including:

  • Local storage and session storage in your browser
  • Pixels or tags that load when a page or email is opened (if we use them for measurement)
  • SDK or script-based measurement from analytics or security providers
  • Server and edge logs that record request metadata without setting a browser cookie

Cookies may be first-party (set by WebUploads) or third-party (set by a provider such as Cloudflare or Google). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them).

3. How we use cookies

We group cookies and similar technologies into these categories:

  • Essential / security. Needed to operate the Services, deliver pages, keep you signed in (for example httpOnly authentication cookies), protect login and account flows (including Cloudflare Turnstile), and prevent abuse. The product may not work correctly if these are blocked.
  • Preferences. Remember choices such as dismissed notices or UI settings where we offer them.
  • Analytics and performance. Help us understand traffic, page performance, errors, and which content is useful so we can improve the Services.
  • Marketing and attribution. Where used, measure campaigns, referrals, and conversions. We do not currently rely on advertising cookies as a core part of the site, but we may use them in the future and will update this page if we do.

4. Cookies and technologies we use

The specific cookies and identifiers in use can change as we update the site or our providers change their products. The list below describes the main categories and vendors you should expect.

4.1 Cloudflare (hosting, security, and analytics)

The Services run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may set cookies or process technical signals related to:

  • Edge delivery, load balancing, and security (for example, bot management and DDoS protection)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in and related account flows, which uses technical challenges and related signals to distinguish humans from automated abuse
  • Cloudflare Analytics and related platform telemetry (for example, request metadata, approximate location derived from IP, and performance metrics)

Learn more in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Trust Hub.

4.2 First-party site storage

We use first-party cookies or browser storage for essential operation (including session authentication), preference memory, and first-party product analytics we collect on our own systems. These are limited to what we need to run and improve the Services.

4.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (including Google Analytics 4 or successor products) to measure site usage. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data as described in Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics documentation. You may be able to use Google's opt-out browser add-on or other controls Google provides.

4.4 Payment-related cookies

If you pay us through Stripe Checkout or related Stripe pages, Stripe may set its own cookies on its domains. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, not by cookies we set on WebUploads pages.

5. Your choices

5.1 Browser controls

Most browsers let you block, delete, or alert on cookies. Controls differ by browser and device. Blocking essential cookies or related security technologies may break features such as sign-in and account security.

5.2 Consent and preference tools

Where required by law, we will present a cookie consent or preference mechanism for non-essential cookies. You can change your mind later through that mechanism (when available) or by clearing cookies in your browser.

5.3 Analytics opt-outs

For Google Analytics, use Google's opt-out tools linked above. Cloudflare Analytics and edge telemetry are typically operated as part of hosting and security; see Cloudflare's documentation for any end-user controls they offer.

5.4 Privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding personal information collected via cookies. See our Privacy Policy (Section 14) or contact us at support@webuploads.com.

6. Do Not Track

"Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals are not uniformly standardized across the industry. We do not currently respond to DNT signals in a consistent way across the Services. We will update this Cookie Policy if that changes.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our practices or providers change. When we do, we will revise the "Last modified" date at the top. For material changes, we may provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
